As an administrator, you will work with cases across all of Vakin's operations: Water, sewage, waste, and recycling. You will handle many different types of cases, from simple to more complex investigations. This means that the work is both varied and educational.

You will manage customer cases that come in via phone, email, and vakin.se. This may involve:

  • New connections for water and sewage
  • Fees and invoices
  • Questions about water, sewage, and waste

In the event of operational disturbances, you will actively work with information to customers.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have completed high school and hold a driver's license B. You have a good ability to express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish, possess good computer skills, and can meet customers in a professional and service-oriented manner.

We consider it an advantage if you have:

  • Experience working with customer and case management systems
  • Work experience in customer service and/or administrative tasks
  • Experience handling cases in authorities, insurance companies, or similar
  • Experience interpreting contracts, laws, and regulations

As a person, you find it easy to collaborate with others and are good at planning and organizing your work. You are used to working solution-focused and flexibly managing and prioritizing a large number of incoming cases. Our work evolves according to the needs of customers and the business, and you should thrive with changes and contribute to a developing work environment.

What We Can Offer You

Vakin is a safe and stable workplace with many benefits and development opportunities, all to ensure that you thrive and grow with us. We offer professional development in the form of training and learning on the job. We have an active knowledge exchange within Vakin and in networks with colleagues across the country.

At Vakin, we have benefits that help you achieve a balance between work and leisure. You have, among other things, a working time account for leave beyond your vacation, flexible working hours, and reduced working hours during the summer months.

Our staff association has a wide range of activities for a pleasant and healthy workplace where we meet across departments. We have a focus on wellness with a health coach, classes during working hours, wellness hours, and a generous wellness allowance.

Additional Information

The position is a specific fixed-term employment for 3 months with the possibility of extension and with immediate start.

Since we conduct a socially important business, security clearance may be required for certain positions. As part of our security work, the final candidate for these positions will, after their approval, be subject to a background check and security interview.
